Description

The Korda Wide Gape XX is the powerhouse of the Wide Gape range, manufactured from a double-strength wire gauge for the most extreme fishing scenarios. This hook is designed specifically for targeting the largest carp in the world on venues where hook failure is not an option. It features the same aggressive mechanical action as the original Wide Gape but with the added “XX” factor of being virtually indestructible under normal fishing pressure.

Even with its incredibly robust profile, the point is finished to a needle-sharp standard for instant penetration. The non-reflective coating ensures it stays discrete on the bottom. If you are fishing in the most snag-ridden, weed-choked waters or targeting fish of 50lb+, the Wide Gape XX is the only choice for the angler who demands the absolute maximum in hook strength and reliability.
