Description

This “X” version of the Kamakura Wide Gape is manufactured from a heavier gauge wire, providing increased strength for targeting big carp in snaggy or weed-heavy environments. Despite the thicker wire, the hook still features the revolutionary Kamakura post-production sharpening, ensuring it is sharper than anything else in your tackle box. The barbed design provides a secure hold during the most intense fights, giving you the confidence to apply pressure when needed.

The classic Wide Gape shape is incredibly versatile, working perfectly with a wide range of bait presentations. Each hook point is protected by wax to ensure it stays in pristine condition until it hits the water. For the angler who refuses to compromise on strength or sharpness, the Kamakura Wide Gape X Barbed is the ultimate big-fish hook.
