Description

The Korda Heli-Safe is a game-changing terminal tackle innovation that allows anglers to fish helicopter and Chod rigs with the ability to drop the lead when a fish is hooked. Historically, helicopter rigs were notorious for being difficult to jettison the lead from, which could lead to hook pulls in weed or snags. The Heli-Safe solves this problem with a clever pressure-release system that ensures the lead is dropped only when required, providing a massive advantage for fish welfare and landing more fish in challenging conditions.

The system is fully adjustable, allowing you to set how much pressure is required to release the lead, or even lock it in place for fishing over clean ground. It features a streamlined, non-reflective finish that blends into the lake bed and is compatible with all Korda leaders and tubing. For any angler who utilizes helicopter arrangements on weedy venues, the Heli-Safe is an indispensable piece of kit that offers unparalleled safety and mechanical performance.
