Description

The Korda Chod Rig Short is a precision-tied terminal tackle solution designed for fishing over “choc” weed, debris, or silty lake beds where a standard bottom bait would be lost. This shorter version is ideal for use with lower-profile pop-ups, providing a subtle yet incredibly effective presentation. Tied using the legendary Mouth Trap stiff filament, it maintains the perfect “power curve” that ensures the hook flips and takes a secure hold the moment a fish samples the bait. The rig is finished with an ultra-sharp Choddy hook, renowned for its aggressive hooking angle and immense strength.

Because the rig is pre-tied to exacting standards, you can be confident in its mechanical performance straight out of the packet. It features a high-quality ring swivel that allows for 360-degree rotation, making it virtually impossible for a carp to eject the hook once inhaled. Whether you are a newcomer to the Chod rig or a seasoned pro, these ready-tied versions save valuable time on the bank while guaranteeing a flawless presentation every single time.
