Description

Specifically engineered to meet the technical demands of helicopter and running lead arrangements, the Korda Big Eye Swivel features an oversized ring that provides completely unrestricted movement on your leader or main line. This increased bore size is a critical safety feature; it ensures that the rig can move freely along the line, which significantly improves the chances of a lead being jettisoned if it becomes snagged, protecting both your tackle and the fish. The smooth, 360-degree rotation is manufactured to extreme tolerances to prevent line twist during the cast and while playing powerful, lunging fish.

Each swivel is finished in a specialized non-reflective, matte black coating. This stealthy finish ensures that the terminal tackle disappears against the lake bed, which is vital on high-pressure venues or in crystal-clear water where wary fish can be spooked by a glint of metal. These swivels are a core component for technical rigs like the Chod or Hinged Stiff rig, providing the mechanical freedom and rotation needed for the hook to flip and grab hold instantly when a fish samples the bait. Durable, reliable, and finished to the highest standard, they are a must-have for the technical rig builder.
