Description

These pre-tied Basix Hair Rigs are the perfect solution for anglers who want a professional-standard presentation without the hassle of tying their own. Each rig is tied to exacting standards using the proven Basix Wide Gape hook and the Basix Coated Hooklink. A small section of the coating is stripped back near the hook to allow for maximum movement, ensuring the hook flips and grabs hold the moment a fish samples the bait. The rig is finished with a neat figure-of-eight loop, making it compatible with most lead clip and swivel systems.

The use of the Wide Gape pattern ensures a secure and deep hook-hold, significantly reducing the chance of hook pulls during the fight. Each pack includes a selection of Hair Stops, allowing you to adjust the rig to suit different bait sizes, from 12mm pop-ups to 20mm bottom baits. These rigs take the guesswork out of your fishing, providing a high-confidence setup that is ready to catch the moment it leaves the packet. Ideal for both beginners and time-served anglers who value efficiency.
