Description

For natural venues, big rivers, and specialist specimen hunting where a barb is permitted and required, the Guru Super MWG Barbed hook offers ultimate hooking security. Built with the same legendary heavy-wire Match Wide Gape geometry as its barbless brother, this model features a subtle micro-barb that provides an unshakeable hold in the fish’s mouth without causing unnecessary damage. The advanced PTFE coating adds an ultra-smooth finish for reduced friction during penetration and eliminates underwater glare. It is a truly formidable hook for long-range feeder work targeting specimen bream, tench, chub, and carp.
